Billing & Cancellation Policy

Dispute Hero fees are charged per completed contracted service cycle:

• Individual: $99 after the first completed contracted service cycle and $99 after each later completed service cycle (one consumer).
• Couples: $149 after the first completed contracted service cycle and $149 after each later completed service cycle (two consumers).

There is no setup fee, no charge at checkout, and no hidden taxes, fees, or add-ons. A later service cycle may begin no sooner than 30 days after the previous cycle is completed. This is not an automatically billed calendar-based monthly subscription.

$0 is charged at checkout. Saving a payment method authorizes Dispute Hero and its payment processor to store that payment method for later completed-service billing permitted by your agreement.

No service fee is charged until the applicable contracted work is completed and charging is permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law.

You may cancel future services at any time by calling (888) 209-0419 or emailing info@getdisputehero.com, subject to the signed agreement and statutory cancellation rights. Please include the name on the account and the date of the request.

Statutory cancellation rights described in your executed credit repair agreement, including any state-required cancellation period, remain separate and unaffected by this policy.

Consumers receive cancellation documentation during enrollment describing applicable cancellation rights and timing. Those documents, together with applicable federal and state law, govern cancellation.

Cancellation requests may be submitted in writing using the cancellation notice provided at enrollment, or by contacting Dispute Hero at the cancellation email listed on the Contact page. Please include the name on the account and the date of the request.

Payment timing is governed by your service agreement and applicable law. Dispute Hero does not charge for credit repair services before the applicable contracted service has been performed where prohibited by law. Any refund handling is determined by the service agreement and applicable law.

A three-bureau credit report subscription is a separate recurring charge ($24.99/month) made to your card through Dispute Hero’s merchant account. It is separate from credit repair service fees. Its billing and cancellation terms are shown on the secure enrollment page before you sign up.

Following cancellation, Dispute Hero will stop performing further services. Consumers may continue to dispute information with consumer reporting agencies directly at no cost.
