Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consumers may cancel services in accordance with their service agreement, the cancellation documentation provided at enrollment, and applicable law.

Your Right to Cancel

Consumers receive cancellation documentation during enrollment describing applicable cancellation rights and timing. Those documents, together with applicable federal and state law, govern cancellation.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests may be submitted in writing using the cancellation notice provided at enrollment, or by contacting Dispute Hero at the cancellation email listed on the Contact page. Please include the name on the account and the date of the request.

Fees and Refunds

Payment timing is governed by your service agreement and applicable law. Dispute Hero does not charge for credit repair services before the applicable contracted service has been performed where prohibited by law. Any refund handling is determined by the service agreement and applicable law.

Credit monitoring or credit report products provided by third parties may involve separate fees payable directly to those providers and may require cancellation directly with those providers.

After Cancellation

Following cancellation, Dispute Hero will stop performing further services. Consumers may continue to dispute information with consumer reporting agencies directly at no cost.
