Dispute Hero Website Terms of Use

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dispute Hero website, online intake forms, and related public-facing digital experiences (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Dispute Hero LLC (“Dispute Hero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Contact Information

Dispute Hero LLC

2. Website Information Is Not Legal or Financial Advice

The Website provides general information about credit education, consumer credit reports, credit-related consulting, and services that may assist consumers with information they believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, misleading, duplicated, or unverifiable. Website content is educational and informational only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, or individualized financial advice. Dispute Hero is not a law firm, lender, consumer reporting agency, debt collector, or government agency.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Dispute Hero does not guarantee that any credit-report item will be deleted, changed, or modified; that a credit score will increase; that results will occur within a particular period; or that a consumer will qualify for credit, housing, employment, insurance, or another product or opportunity. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is negative. Examples, testimonials, historical outcomes, or educational scenarios do not guarantee the same or similar result for any other person. Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with consumer reporting agencies without hiring Dispute Hero or another credit repair organization.

4. Public Intake Does Not Create a Service Relationship

Submitting a Website form, speaking with the AI intake assistant, requesting information, or selecting an area of interest does not:

  • create a client or credit-repair service relationship;
  • start credit-repair services;
  • guarantee that services are available in a consumer’s state;
  • authorize Dispute Hero to submit a dispute;
  • authorize a payment; or
  • guarantee acceptance into a program.

Services require state and compliance review, delivery of required disclosures, and a separate written service agreement signed by the consumer. The terms of that signed agreement control the service relationship.

5. Service Fees

Where offered and legally available, Dispute Hero’s standard service options are charged per completed contracted service cycle:

  • Individual: $99 after the first completed contracted service cycle and $99 after each later completed service cycle.
  • Couples: $149 after the first completed contracted service cycle and $149 after each later completed service cycle.

There is no setup fee and no charge at checkout. A later service cycle may begin no sooner than 30 days after the previous cycle is completed. No service fee is charged until the applicable contracted work is completed and charging is permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law. This is not an automatically billed calendar-based monthly subscription. Pricing and payment terms shown on the Website are subject to the consumer-specific written agreement and applicable law.

6. Cancellation Rights

The applicable written service agreement and required Notice of Cancellation describe the consumer’s cancellation rights. Federal law provides a right to cancel a covered credit-repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing. A longer period or greater protection required by applicable state law will control. After the statutory cancellation period, a consumer may cancel future services as stated in the signed service agreement. Questions or cancellation requests may be directed to (888) 209-0419 or info@getdisputehero.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
  • submit information you know is false, misleading, or belongs to another person without authority;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, another user’s information, or connected systems;
  • interfere with Website security, availability, or operation;
  • introduce malicious code or automated traffic that disrupts the Website; or
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit Website content in violation of applicable law.

8. Account and Information Responsibility

If the Website provides an account or secure portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Dispute Hero promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. You agree that information you submit will be truthful, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

9. Electronic Communications

Operational communications about an inquiry, compliance review, account, signed agreement, or contracted service may be delivered through methods authorized by the consumer, including email, telephone, text message, or secure portal. Marketing email or text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Marketing consent may be withdrawn using the provided opt-out method. A request to stop calls or messages will be honored as required by law.

10. Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by the Dispute Hero Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of use, disclosures, retention, security practices, and applicable privacy choices.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may use or link to third-party platforms for communications, customer relationship management, electronic signatures, credit-report access, payment processing, or service administration. Third-party products and websites may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Dispute Hero is not responsible for the independent content or practices of a third party except to the extent required by law.

12. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, design, software, and other content owned by Dispute Hero are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Website for personal, lawful purposes. No ownership right is transferred.

13. Website Availability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dispute Hero does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that every feature will always be available. Nothing in this section waives a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dispute Hero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public Website. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not alter rights or remedies under a signed consumer service agreement or applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Protections

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, where applicable, the law of the state with jurisdiction over the Website user or transaction. Nothing in these Terms waives or restricts a non-waivable consumer right, remedy, protection, or choice-of-law rule.

16. Changes to These Terms

Dispute Hero may update these Website Terms prospectively. The current version will display its effective or last-updated date. A change to these Website Terms does not retroactively amend a signed service agreement.
